Gobi Manchurian

All You Need:
  • Batter mix -> maida,cornflour,chilli powder,salt,ginger-garlic paste,ajinomoto,water, soya sauce
  • Gobi flowers
The Recipe:
  • Wash gobi and let it boil in salt water for some time
  • In a bowl mix the batter ingredients to a pakodi dough consistency
  • Add the gobi and mix properly
  • Keep aside for 15 mts
  • Take each flower and fry it like a pakodi. Keep aside
  • In a pan, heat some oiland add green chilli,garlic,onion
  • Add some cornflour paste, soya sauce and tomato ketchup
  • Add the gobi and mix nicely
  • Decorate with grated cabbage and cilantro
Variation: Instead of maida, you can use besan:cornflour:maida:riceflour=1:1/2:1/4:1/4
