All You Need:
- Batter mix -> maida,cornflour,chilli powder,salt,ginger-garlic paste,ajinomoto,water, soya sauce
- Gobi flowers
The Recipe:
- Wash gobi and let it boil in salt water for some time
- In a bowl mix the batter ingredients to a pakodi dough consistency
- Add the gobi and mix properly
- Keep aside for 15 mts
- Take each flower and fry it like a pakodi. Keep aside
- In a pan, heat some oiland add green chilli,garlic,onion
- Add some cornflour paste, soya sauce and tomato ketchup
- Add the gobi and mix nicely
- Decorate with grated cabbage and cilantro
Variation: Instead of maida, you can use besan:cornflour:maida:riceflour=1:1/2:1/4:1/4
