All You Need:
- Black eyed peas 1.25 cups
- Chopped Onions
- Green chillies
- Ginger
- Jeera
- Salt
- Cilantro
- Grated Carrot 2 tbsp (optional)
- Grated Coconut 2 tbsp (Optional)
- Soak black eyed peas for 4-6 hrs and grind without water to a coarse paste
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Make patties and fry
