Bobbarlu Vada

All You Need:
  • Black eyed peas 1.25 cups
  • Chopped Onions
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger
  • Jeera
  • Salt
  • Cilantro
  • Grated Carrot 2 tbsp (optional) 
  • Grated Coconut 2 tbsp (Optional)
The Recipe:
  • Soak black eyed peas for 4-6 hrs and grind without water to a coarse paste
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  • Make patties and fry
