Ada

All You Need:
  • Chana Dal 1 cup
  • Toor Dal 1 cup
  • Moong Dal 1 cup
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Hing
  • Jeera
  • Curry leaves
The Recipe:
  • Soak all the dals for 2 hrs and grind with the rest of the ingredients in a thicker consistency than dosa
  • Spread into a dosa and makes holes in between for the ada to fry completely
