All You Need:
- Chana Dal 1 cup
- Toor Dal 1 cup
- Moong Dal 1 cup
- Rice 1 cup
- Ginger
- Green chillies
- Hing
- Jeera
- Curry leaves
The Recipe:
- Soak all the dals for 2 hrs and grind with the rest of the ingredients in a thicker consistency than dosa
- Spread into a dosa and makes holes in between for the ada to fry completely
