Curd Rice (Dhadhojanam)

All You Need:
  • Curd
  • Ginger
  • Green Chillies
  • Salt
  • Tadka -> Mustard seeds, Chana Dal,Kaju,Urad,Curry leaves,Red chillies,v little hing
  • Cilantro for garnish
The Recipe:
  • Cook rice. Keep aside.
  • Grind ginger +green chillies
  • Add this to rice and mix thoroughly with salt
  • Add Tadka, Curd and salt and squeeze the rice to make it soft so that rice grain will not be felt.
