All You Need:
- Curd
- Ginger
- Green Chillies
- Salt
- Tadka -> Mustard seeds, Chana Dal,Kaju,Urad,Curry leaves,Red chillies,v little hing
- Cilantro for garnish
The Recipe:
- Cook rice. Keep aside.
- Grind ginger +green chillies
- Add this to rice and mix thoroughly with salt
- Add Tadka, Curd and salt and squeeze the rice to make it soft so that rice grain will not be felt.
