Cilantro Chutney

The Recipe:
  • Heat oil and add jeera, red chillies,Urad dal, Chana dal. Keep aside
  • Fry 2 big bunches of cilantro leaves in a tbsp of oil along with green chillies and fry for 3-4 mts
  • Cool and grind all together along with tamarind paste and salt
