Onion Pakodas

All You Need:
  • Besan 1.5 cups
  • Rice Flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt
  • Soda
  • Green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Onions thinly sliced
  •  Coarsely crushed Dhaniya
The Recipe:
  • Mix all the above well with fingers and add 2 tbsp of hot oil and sprinkle some water
  • Mix till you get crumbly texture. For more hardness, sprinkle less water
  • Take random amounts of the mix and deep fry in batches
