All You Need:
- Besan 1.5 cups
- Rice Flour 1/2 cup
- Salt
- Soda
- Green chillies
- Curry leaves
- Onions thinly sliced
- Coarsely crushed Dhaniya
- Mix all the above well with fingers and add 2 tbsp of hot oil and sprinkle some water
- Mix till you get crumbly texture. For more hardness, sprinkle less water
- Take random amounts of the mix and deep fry in batches
