All You Need
- Bambino
- Ghee
- Onions
- Ginger garlic paste
- Kaju
- Bell Peppers, carrots, peas, Potatoes
- Red Chilli Powder
- Turmeric
- Garam Masala OR Whole masalas like cloves, elachi etc
- Karepaku (Curry Leaves)
- Green Chillies
The Recipe
- Roast Bambino a spoon of ghee till they turn slight brown
- Heat a spoon of oil and add Karepaku and Potato and Whole masalas (if you are using it). Let it cook for 30-40 Secs
- Then add carrots, ginger garlic paste, kaju and roast for 10 secs
- Then add Capisum, Onions, peas, green chilles, Salt and roast again for 30 secs
- Add Garam masala, Red chilli powder,turmeric. Roast for 30 secs more
- Add the roasted bambino and mix properly
- Then add water till the semiya is submerged completely. Close the lid and let it cook
