Vermicelli Pulao

The Recipe:
  • In a pan, heat oil and add garam masala (lavang,dalchin,elachi). Then add Jeera.
  • Add Onions, G.Chillies, ginger-garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes away.
  • Add veggies and salt and close lid and let them cook.
  • When veggies are 70% cooked, add semiya and fry it well.
  • Add water (semiya :water is 1:1)
  • Cook completely.
