The Recipe:
- Make idli pindi as u always do and keep ready
- In that add thinly sliced onions and grated carrots,sorakaya,cabbage
- Add Salt,Kothimir,green chillies,lil soda
- Put a little tadka
- Fill them in cupcake pans. The pan should be oiled (use pam spray). On the top of each add more tadka
- Put in oven at 375 for 30-50mins
- Once they start browning on the sides and ur toothpick comes out clean... u can remove and cool
