Veggie Muffina (Handva)

The Recipe:
  • Make idli pindi as u always do and keep ready
  • In that add thinly sliced onions and grated carrots,sorakaya,cabbage
  • Add Salt,Kothimir,green chillies,lil soda
  • Put a little tadka
  • Fill them in cupcake pans. The pan should be oiled (use pam spray). On the top of each add more tadka
  • Put in oven at 375 for 30-50mins
  • Once they start browning on the sides and ur toothpick comes out clean... u can remove and cool
