All You Need:
- Vegetable(s) of your choice : Bhindi, onion slices,Dosakay slices,pumpkin,brinjal etc
- Tomato pieces
- Tamarind juice
- Curry leaves
- Jaggery
- Fenugreek seeds powder (Menthi powder)
- Hing
- Red chilli powder (karam)
- Seasoning -> Mustard seeds,Hing,Red chillies
- Boil the veggies of your choice along with tomato pieces,green chillies,Haldi and curry leaves in water
- After they boil considerably, add tamarind juice and jaggery
- Add Salt,Karam,Menthi powder,Hing
- In the end,add corn flour paste or besan paste to thicken
- Add seasoning -> heat a tsp of oil and add seasoning ingredients
