All You Need:
- Brinjal pieces
- Tomato pieces
- Tamarind juice
- Salt
- Sugar (1tsp)
- Seasoning -> Mustard seeds,Urad dal,Red chillies,Hing,Green chillies
- Heat a tbsp of oil and add the seasoning. Immediately close the lid
- After the above cools,grind along with tamarind jucie
- In a tbsp of oil,fry brinjal pieces with salt.
- When they are almost done, add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
- Grind this along with the seasoning and 1 tsp sugar
