Tomato-Vankay Chutney

All You Need:
  • Brinjal pieces
  • Tomato pieces
  • Tamarind juice
  • Salt
  • Sugar (1tsp)
  • Seasoning -> Mustard seeds,Urad dal,Red chillies,Hing,Green chillies
The Recipe:
  • Heat a tbsp of oil and add the seasoning. Immediately close the lid
  • After the above cools,grind along with tamarind jucie
  • In a tbsp of oil,fry brinjal pieces with salt.
  • When they are almost done, add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
  • Grind this along with the seasoning and 1 tsp sugar
