All You Need:
- Milk : 1 cup
- Rice Flour : 1/2 cup
- Finely Grated Coconut : 1/2 cup
- Sugar : 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Ghee : 1 tsp
The Recipe:
- Bring two cups of water to a boil.
- Add the rice flour and ghee and mix well.
- Reduce the flame, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and set aside.
- In a cooking vessel, bring a cup of milk to boil.
- Add the sugar and grated coconut and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add the dough balls and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Now add the cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off the flame and serve.
