Bellam Kudumulu

All You Need:
  • Rice Flour : 1 cup
  • Powdered Jaggery : 1/2 cup
  • Grated fresh or dry coconut : 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee
The Recipe:
  • Combine the rice flour, powdered jaggery, coconut and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Add a tablespoon of ghee and mix very well.
  • Sprinkle little water and make a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten them a little.
  • Steam cook the kudumulu on medium flame for about 10 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame and allow it cool.
