All You Need:
- Rice Flour : 1 cup
- Powdered Jaggery : 1/2 cup
- Grated fresh or dry coconut : 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Ghee
The Recipe:
- Combine the rice flour, powdered jaggery, coconut and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add a tablespoon of ghee and mix very well.
- Sprinkle little water and make a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten them a little.
- Steam cook the kudumulu on medium flame for about 10 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and allow it cool.
