All You Need:
- Cracked Wheat / Wheat Rava : 1 cup
- Mango Puree : 1 cup
- Water : 2.5 cups
- Sugar : 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Ghee : 2 tbsp
- Cashews and Raisins
The Recipe:
- Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan and fry the cashews and raisins and keep them aside.
- In the same pan, add and fry the broken wheat until light golden color.
- Now add the boiling water and mix well.
- Close with a lid, let it cook completely on a medium flame.
- When it's done, add the cardamom powder, sugar, mango puree and remaining ghee and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and garnish with fried nuts. Serve and enjoy !!
