Mango Lapsi

All You Need:
  • Cracked Wheat / Wheat Rava : 1 cup
  • Mango Puree : 1 cup
  • Water : 2.5 cups
  • Sugar : 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee : 2 tbsp
  • Cashews and Raisins
The Recipe:
  • Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan and fry the cashews and raisins and keep them aside.
  • In the same pan, add and fry the broken wheat until light golden color.
  • Now add the boiling water and mix well.
  • Close with a lid, let it cook completely on a medium flame.
  • When it's done, add the cardamom powder, sugar, mango puree and remaining ghee and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame and garnish with fried nuts. Serve and enjoy !!
