Recipe1:
- 1 Urad dal:2 Idli Rava:littlePoha
- Soak Urad and Poha for atleast 6 hrs
- Soak rava separately.
- Grind the Urad and mix with strained Idli Rava
- Add a pinch of baking soda and salt and ferment overnight
Recipe2:
- 1 Urad dal:2/3 cup Idli Rice:1/2 cup Regular rice
- Soak all together for 6 hrs and grind
- Add a pinch of baking soda and salt and ferment overnight
