Idlis

Recipe1:
  • 1 Urad dal:2 Idli Rava:littlePoha
  • Soak Urad and Poha for atleast 6 hrs
  • Soak rava separately.
  • Grind the Urad and mix with strained Idli Rava
  • Add a pinch of baking soda and salt and ferment overnight
Recipe2:
  • 1 Urad dal:2/3 cup Idli Rice:1/2 cup Regular rice
  • Soak all together for 6 hrs and grind
  • Add a pinch of baking soda and salt and ferment overnight
