Dosa

All You Need:
  • 1 cup Urad Dal
  • 2 cups Raw rice or Brown Rice
  • 2 tbsp of Chana dal
  • 3 tbsp Poha
  • few fenugreek seeds
The Recipe:
  • Soak all the above in water for atleast 6 hrs.
  • Then grind with little water,add salt and a pinch of Baking soda and let it ferment overnight.
  • Keep it in an oven or some warm place preferably
