All You Need:
- 1 cup Urad Dal
- 2 cups Raw rice or Brown Rice
- 2 tbsp of Chana dal
- 3 tbsp Poha
- few fenugreek seeds
The Recipe:
- Soak all the above in water for atleast 6 hrs.
- Then grind with little water,add salt and a pinch of Baking soda and let it ferment overnight.
- Keep it in an oven or some warm place preferably
