All You Need:
- Rice Flour : 1 cup
- Wheat Flour : 1 cup
- Well Powdered Jaggery : 2 cups (white jaggery is best)
- Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
The Recipe:
- Mix the powders with cardamom and make a stiff dough using water
- Take small balls and flatten them and fry till golden brown
- Do not put the hot appams on tissue paper as it tends to stick to it
