Bellam Appalu

All You Need:
  • Rice Flour : 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour : 1 cup
  • Well Powdered Jaggery : 2 cups (white jaggery is best)
  • Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
The Recipe:
  • Mix the powders with cardamom and make a stiff dough using water
  • Take small balls and flatten them and fry till golden brown
  • Do not put the hot appams on tissue paper as it tends to stick to it
