Dry Chilli Paneer

 All You Need

  • Giner Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce 
  • Red Chilli Sauce
  • Spring Onions
  • Onions, Red, green and yellow capsicums cut in square pieces
  • Paneer cut in big cubes
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Chopped garlic
  • Green chillies
  • Corn Flour

The Recipe

  • Cut paneer into big cubes. Add black pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chilli sauce. Mix.
  • Add 3 spoons of corn flour and mix again with a spatula (make sure its not wet. if wet, add lil more corn flour)
  • Shallow fry paneer in oil on medium heat. Keep aside.
  • Cut onions, red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum into big square pieces.
  • In a pan heat oil, add choped garlic,green chillies, onions and veggies - all on high flame for just 30 secs (veggies shud be crunchy). Then add salt and pepper powder, tomato ketchup, vinegar and soya sauce (v lil), red chilli sauce (1 tbsp). Cook for a min.
  • Make a slurry of corn flour in water and add that to the gravy.
  • Add paneer pieces in the end and in the end add spring onions. Cook on a high flame for 1 more min.
