Pudina Pachadi (Mint Chutney)

 All You Need:

  • Fresh mint leaves (discard stems)
  • 2 tsp Urad dal
  • Avalu
  • 1/2 spoon menthulu
  • 10 red chillies
  • Chinthapandu
  • Hing
  • 1tsp sugar

The Recipe:

  • In a spoon of oil, fry pudina lightly. DO NOT overfry. The leaves should still look green. Keep aside
  • Heat oil in a separate pan and add urad, avalu,menthulu,red chillies,hing
  • Grind tadka first along with chinthapandu, salt, pasupu
  • Add the pudina leaves in the end and grind coarsely
