All You Need:
- Fresh mint leaves (discard stems)
- 2 tsp Urad dal
- Avalu
- 1/2 spoon menthulu
- 10 red chillies
- Chinthapandu
- Hing
- 1tsp sugar
The Recipe:
- In a spoon of oil, fry pudina lightly. DO NOT overfry. The leaves should still look green. Keep aside
- Heat oil in a separate pan and add urad, avalu,menthulu,red chillies,hing
- Grind tadka first along with chinthapandu, salt, pasupu
- Add the pudina leaves in the end and grind coarsely
