Grind green chillies, tamarind, a spoon of jeera, salt, garlic cloves , very little jaggery. Grind kacha pacha.
Then add chopped onions and grind again in a chunky consistency
Variation 2 (very yum)
In a pan, heat a tbsp of oil and add green chillies. Fry for a few seconds and add jeera, garlic cloves, lot of cilantro, karepaku and fry for few more secs. Keep aside
Now in the same pan, add some tomatoes with some tamarind and fry for a minute or two (doesn't have to cook completely).
First grind the green chilli mixture. Then add the tomato and pulse grind. No need for tadka.
