All You Need:
- 1 tiny (small) coffee glass for measurements
- 1 Mango or 1 Dosakay
- 1 glass Karam (Three mangoes preferred)
- Between 1/2 to 3/4 glass salt (should be less than 3/4 glass and more than 1/2 glass)
- 1 1/4 glass avapindi (slightly more than 1 glass)
- 1 spoon pachi menthulu (fenugreek seeds)
- Inguva
- Peanut Oil
- 3 spoons Mustard oil
The Recipe:
- Mix all the powders and keep aside for 2 hrs
- Then add the mukkalu,oil and mustard oil
Note: For vegetable avakay, the same above ingredients but very less proportions. And add menthi pindi.
