All You Need:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or Maida)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp sooji
- 1/2 cup ghee at room temperature
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Elachi Powder (Optional)
- Mix the dry ingredients - Flour, Sugar,Sooji,Baking powder,Elachi Powder. Mix well
- Add the ghee at room temperature and mix well to make a dough. If unable to make a dough, add tsp by tsp of ghee and mix. Be careful when adding the ghee making sure you aren't too much
- Take a sharp edged glass and cut into moon shape
- Carefully place them in a baking tray and bake for 15-17 minutes at 300 degrees F.
