Chand Biscuits

All You Need:
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (or Maida)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp sooji
  • 1/2 cup ghee at room temperature
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Elachi Powder (Optional)
The Recipe:
  • Mix the dry ingredients - Flour, Sugar,Sooji,Baking powder,Elachi Powder. Mix well
  • Add the ghee at room temperature and mix well to make a dough. If unable to make a dough, add tsp by tsp of ghee and mix. Be careful when adding the ghee making sure you aren't too much
  • Take a sharp edged glass and cut into moon shape
  • Carefully place them in a baking tray and bake for 15-17 minutes at 300 degrees F.
