Sesame Oats Laddu

All You Need:
  • 4 rice cups Sesame seeds (Nuvvulu)
  • 11/3 rice cups Oats 
  • Almonds fistful
  • 31/3 rice cups powdered Jaggery
  • Warm milk 2 spoons if needed

The Recipe:
  • Dry roast sesame seeds till a nice aroma emanates and keep them separately
  • Dry roast oats for a few minutes and put them in a grinder jar (do not grind yet)
  • Dry roast almonds and grind them along with the oats
  • Keep the oats-almonds mixture aside and grind the sesame seeds....does not have to be fine grind...coarse grind will work
  • Add jaggery also to the jar and grind sesame and jaggery together
  • Take out sesame-jaggery from the jar and mix with oats-almond mix and mix them all well together. 
  • Make laddus. If needed, add a spoon of warm milk to make laddus.
