Homemade Broth for soups

  • In a big stock pot, add water and veggies of your choice. I use celery(must), carrots,zuchchini,peas.
  • Add bayleaf, some cloves,salt,garlic,italian herbs,dried or fresh basil,1 green chilli and boil it. 
  • Boil till the volume reduces to half (takes 2-3 hrs). Filter and use the broth. 
  • Can freeze and store for a month.
