The Recipe:
- Boil eggs and keep aside
- Fry lots of onions along with green chillies
- After cooling, grind the onions
- During grinding, add red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,salt,dhaniya powder,Jeera menthi powder and lil chinthapandu pulsu
- In a pan,heat oil and add avalu,jeera,green chillies, onions
- Slit 4 sides of eggs and add to oil along with some ginger garlic paste. Add the paste too and cook. Add little more chinthapandu pulsu, coriander, sugar and coconut powder. Cook for some time and turn off flame.
