Pancharatna dal dosa

All You Need:
  • 1/2 cup whole black Urad dal
  • 1/2 cup yellow moong dal
  • 1/2 cup green moong dal
  • 1/2 cup masoor dal
  • 1/2 cup toor dal
  • 2 tbsp ONLY rice
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Jeera
The Recipe:
  • Soak all the dals and rice for 6 hrs or overnight
  • Grind along with ginger, greenchillies and jeera
  • Make dosas. These are very nutritious and wholesome
