All You Need:
- 1/2 cup whole black Urad dal
- 1/2 cup yellow moong dal
- 1/2 cup green moong dal
- 1/2 cup masoor dal
- 1/2 cup toor dal
- 2 tbsp ONLY rice
- Ginger
- Green chillies
- Jeera
- Soak all the dals and rice for 6 hrs or overnight
- Grind along with ginger, greenchillies and jeera
- Make dosas. These are very nutritious and wholesome
