All You Need:
- Mung dal- 1 cup
- Boiled potatoes - 2-4
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Chili pwd 1tsp
- Salt as per the taste
- Hing 1 pinch
- Soak mung dal for 3 hrs. Wash it and drain it.
- Grind dal + coriander leaves + ginger coarsely.
- Add mashed potatoes and all the ingredients and mix it well.
- Bake it or deep fry!!
