Moong Dal Bhajiya

All You Need:
  • Mung dal- 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes - 2-4
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Chili pwd 1tsp
  • Salt as per the taste
  • Hing 1 pinch
The Recipe:
  • Soak mung dal for 3 hrs. Wash it and drain it.
  • Grind dal + coriander leaves + ginger coarsely.
  • Add mashed potatoes and all the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Bake it or deep fry!!
