Vermicelli Pulihora

All You Need:
  • Vermicelli
  • Water
  • Haldi
  • Groundnuts
  • Lemon juice mixed with salt as required for the pulihora
  • Seasoning->Mustardseeds, Chana dal, Urad dal,Curry leaves,fenugreek powder,hing
The Recipe:
  • Boil water adding some haldi and a tsp of oil
  • When bubbles start to appear, add the vermicelli and let it cook
  • Drain the hot water in the vermicelli through a colander and wash it with cold water so that the vermicelli does not stick
  • In a pan heat a tbsp of oil and add the seasoning
  • Then add the vermicelli
  • After it cools down add the lemon juice mixed with salt
