All You Need:
- Vermicelli
- Water
- Haldi
- Groundnuts
- Lemon juice mixed with salt as required for the pulihora
- Seasoning->Mustardseeds, Chana dal, Urad dal,Curry leaves,fenugreek powder,hing
- Boil water adding some haldi and a tsp of oil
- When bubbles start to appear, add the vermicelli and let it cook
- Drain the hot water in the vermicelli through a colander and wash it with cold water so that the vermicelli does not stick
- In a pan heat a tbsp of oil and add the seasoning
- Then add the vermicelli
- After it cools down add the lemon juice mixed with salt
