Methi/Palak/Pudina Paratha

All You Need:
  • Thinly sliced Methi or Palak or Pudina
  • Aata
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • Ginger-Green chilli paste
  • Onion finely chopped
  • Cilantro
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Jeera Powder
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Turmeric
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Aamchur (Optional)
The Recipe:
  • Add all the ingredients in the aata and make a stiff dough adding the needed quantity of water
  • Let it rest for about an hour or so
  • Take a small ball and roll out a chapathi and smear oil over it
  • Fold into a semi-circle and then into a quarter circle
  • Dust with Aata and roll out again evenly on all sides
  • Place it on a hot tava and flip sides with a tsp of oil
  • Serve with Raitha or any gravy curry
