All You Need:
- Thinly sliced Methi or Palak or Pudina
- Aata
- 1 tbsp besan
- Ginger-Green chilli paste
- Onion finely chopped
- Cilantro
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Jeera Powder
- Red Chilli powder
- Turmeric
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Aamchur (Optional)
- Add all the ingredients in the aata and make a stiff dough adding the needed quantity of water
- Let it rest for about an hour or so
- Take a small ball and roll out a chapathi and smear oil over it
- Fold into a semi-circle and then into a quarter circle
- Dust with Aata and roll out again evenly on all sides
- Place it on a hot tava and flip sides with a tsp of oil
- Serve with Raitha or any gravy curry
