All You Need:
- Urad Dal 1 cup
- Basmathi Rice 1.5 cups
- Boiled Rice 1.5 cups
The Recipe:
- Soak dals and rice overnight and grind them.
- Let it ferment for 12 hrs
- Chop small pieces of onions,tomatoes,green chillies,grated carrot,cashews
- Mix with batter and make uthappams on a medium heat
