All You Need:
- Usirikaya (Amlas)
- Haldi
- Menthi Powder
- Green chillies-cilantro paste
- Tadka -> Mustard seeds,jeera,hing,red chillies
- Pound amlas in a roll taking the pith out
- Then mix with salt,haldi,menthi powder and store in a bottle
- Whenever needed, take the needed qty and add green chillies-cilantro paste and tadka and 2 tsp thick curd
