Pudina Chutney

The Recipe:
  • In a pan heat oil and add urad dal,2-3 red chillies. Keep aside
  • Add mint leaves and fry till they change color
  • Once it is cooked, it shrinks to half the original quantity. Let it cool completely
  • Add tamarind juice,sugar,hing and grind it to a fine paste
  • Add seasoning -> Urad dal,mustard seeds
