Poha Dosa

All You Need:
  • Poha 1 cup
  • Raw Rice 2 cups
  • Butter milk 2 cups
  • Green chilli paste
  • Salt
The Recipe:
  • Wash rice and poha thoroughly
  • Add buttermilk and soak for 8 hrs
  • Add salt and grind to a smooth paste adding water if needed, like a dosa batter
  • Add green chilli paste and mix well
  • Ferment for 8 hrs
  • Heat tawa, smear oil and spread a little batter
  • Do not spread too much as they taste good soft and spongy
  • Cover with a lid until done
