All You Need:
- Poha 1 cup
- Raw Rice 2 cups
- Butter milk 2 cups
- Green chilli paste
- Salt
The Recipe:
- Wash rice and poha thoroughly
- Add buttermilk and soak for 8 hrs
- Add salt and grind to a smooth paste adding water if needed, like a dosa batter
- Add green chilli paste and mix well
- Ferment for 8 hrs
- Heat tawa, smear oil and spread a little batter
- Do not spread too much as they taste good soft and spongy
- Cover with a lid until done
