All You Need:
- Moong Dal
- Tamarind juice
- Sugar
- Curry leaves
- Hing
- Cilantro
- Pulusu Powder -> Methi seeds,red chillies (lot of them),pepper,hing,Dhaniya (lil). Fry all in a tsp of oil and grind
- Tadka -> Mustard seeds,Jeera,Red chillies, Hing
The Recipe:
- Boil Moong dal and keep aside
- In a bowl, add tamarind juice,sugar,powder and put on heat
- After simmering for 1 minute, add dal,curry leaves,hing,some water,salt and allow to boil
- Add Cilantro too
- Add Tadka. The more this boils, the tastier it gets.
