All You Need:
- Dry coconut Powder
- Dalia (Putnalu)
- Jeera 2 spoons
- Dhaniya 2 spoons
- Red Chillies (lots of them)
- Tamarind raw, small pieces
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt
- Tadka -> Mustard seeds,Jeera,Red chillies,Hing
The Recipe:
- Roast coconut powder in sim to remove raw smell
- Roast Dhaniya and Jeera in a tsp of oil and keep aside
- Fry Red chillies in a drop of oil and keep aside
- Roast tamarind pieces so that they grind easily
- Grind all the above with raw dalia adding sugar and salt
- Add tadka
