All You Need:
- Rice 1 cup
- Jaggery 1/2 cup
- Milk 4 cups
- Ghee 1 cup
- Elachi powder
- Raisins and Cashews, freid in ghee
The Recipe:
- Heat ghee in a deep pan and add rice
- Mix well and make sure the rice is well-coated with ghee
- Slowly add milk and stir
- Close lid and allow rice to cook stirring occasionally
- Add jaggery and mix well to avoid lumps
- Once the jaggery is well incorporated and pudding is quite thick,switch off flame adding elachi powder
- Add the raisins and kaju fried in ghee
