Dal Dosa

All You Need:
  • Toor Dal 2 cups
  • Chana Dal 1 cup
  • Urad dal 1/2 cup
  • Green gram 4tsp
  • Masoor Dal 5 tsp
  • Rice 1.5 cups
  • To add to the batter: salt,hing,roasted red chillies,ginger and some onions-> all grinded
The Recipe:
  • Soak the dals and rice separately for 6-7 hrs
  • Then grind together with salt,hing,roasted red chillies,ginger and some onions
  • No need to ferment. You can use the batter right away for yummm dosas
