All You Need:
- Toor Dal 2 cups
- Chana Dal 1 cup
- Urad dal 1/2 cup
- Green gram 4tsp
- Masoor Dal 5 tsp
- Rice 1.5 cups
- To add to the batter: salt,hing,roasted red chillies,ginger and some onions-> all grinded
- Soak the dals and rice separately for 6-7 hrs
- Then grind together with salt,hing,roasted red chillies,ginger and some onions
- No need to ferment. You can use the batter right away for yummm dosas
