Beans curry with milk

All You Need:
  • Jeera
  • Onions
  • Haldi
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Beans cut
  • Tomatoes or Milk
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Dhaniya Powder
  • Cilantro
The Recipe:
  • In oil, add jeera,onions,ginger-garlic paste,haldi and beans
  • After they fry a bit, add milk, salt.red chilli powder,dhaniya powder and cilantro
  • Put the above in a cooker for 2 whistles
  • Remove from cooker,cook for a while and switch off stove
  • Variation: Instead of milk, add tomatoes and follow the same procedure
