Carrot Cilantro Chutney

All You Need:
  • Grated carrot 2 cups
  • Chopped Cilantro 1 cup
  • 5 garlic flakes
  • Jeera
  • Urad dal
  • Chana dal
  • Red chillies
  • Mustard seeds
  • Green chillies
  • Tadka -> Mustard seeds,curry leaves,urad dal
The Recipe:
  • Heat a tsp of oil and add garlic flakes, jeera, urad dal, chana dal,red chillies, mustard seeds. Keep aside after they roast
  • Heat a tsp of oil and add green chillies,carrot and saute on medium flame for 4 mts
  • Saute coriander leaves separately
  • Grind the roasted dals first followed by carrot and cilantro along with jaggery,tamarind pulp,salt
  • Add Tadka and lemon juice
