All You Need:
- Grated carrot 2 cups
- Chopped Cilantro 1 cup
- 5 garlic flakes
- Jeera
- Urad dal
- Chana dal
- Red chillies
- Mustard seeds
- Green chillies
- Tadka -> Mustard seeds,curry leaves,urad dal
- Heat a tsp of oil and add garlic flakes, jeera, urad dal, chana dal,red chillies, mustard seeds. Keep aside after they roast
- Heat a tsp of oil and add green chillies,carrot and saute on medium flame for 4 mts
- Saute coriander leaves separately
- Grind the roasted dals first followed by carrot and cilantro along with jaggery,tamarind pulp,salt
- Add Tadka and lemon juice
