- Boiled and mashed potatoes
- Haldi
- Garam masala or any masalas of your choice
- Red chilli powder
- Soft mashed poha 1 cup (optional)
- Green chillies
- Cilantro
- Corn Flour
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup(optional)
- Salt
The Recipe:
- Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hrs minimum
- Heat oil in a pan
- Flatten the roll into a patty
- Coat the patty in Corn flour (you can add bread crumbs also...optional) on all sides
- Shallow fry on both sides fry till you get a crispy crust
- Decorate the tikkis on the plate with chopped onions,tomato,g.chilli,tamarind chutney,hari chutney,1 sp yoghurt,salt,red chilli powder
