Aloo Tikki

All You Need:

For the crust:
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Haldi
  • Garam masala or any masalas of your choice
  • Red chilli powder 
  • Soft mashed poha 1 cup (optional)
  • Green chillies
  • Cilantro
  • Corn Flour
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup(optional)
  • Salt
The Recipe:
  • Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hrs minimum
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Flatten the roll into a patty
  • Coat the patty in Corn flour (you can add bread crumbs also...optional) on all sides
  • Shallow fry on both sides fry till you get a crispy crust
  • Decorate the tikkis on the plate with chopped onions,tomato,g.chilli,tamarind chutney,hari chutney,1 sp yoghurt,salt,red chilli powder
