Vegetable Curry Puffs

The Recipe:
  • Thaw pastry sheets for 30mts-40mts
  • Boil potatoes. In oil, add lil mustard seeds,jeera,hing,ginger-garlic paste,kaju and then
  • onions,green chillies and turmeric. Add diced potatoes and salt. switch off stove.
  • It is preferable if u can store the curry in fridge for some time.
  • Cut along folded lines of the sheet. Cut each sheet into 2 in return.
  • Preheat oven at 400F while you start filling the puffs.
  • Smear water all over and put a spoonful of curry and fold.
  • Put the puffs in pre-heated oven and bake for 30-35mts at 400F.
  • It is preferable if u can refrigerate the puffs for sometime in fridge. They come out really well.
Note : 3 medium sized potatoes make 12 puffs approx
