Samosa Chaat

The Recipe:
  • Make all the preparations first: Beat curd,have sev ready, chop onions,tomatoes,cilantro, keep imli chutney out,Make chana mix (shud be hot)
  • Chana mix: In oil, add jeera,hing and then onions, redchilli powder, little imli paste and then chana and salt and mix.
  • Now heat the samosas...shud be very hot---beat them and add loads of imli paste on it and half of chana.
  • Then onions,tomatoes and then lots of curd,remaining chana and sev and then coriander.Serve hot.
