All You Need
1 big glass dhaniya seeds
1 garita Toor dal
1/2 garita Chana dal
1/2 garita methi seeds
1 garita jeera
1 garita pepper seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
Handful of red chillies
Lots of curry leaves
The Recipe
Dry roast Toor dal and chana dal together. Keep aside
Dry roast mustard seeds. Keep aside
Add a tsp if oil and add curry leaves and methi seeds. Roast and keep aside
Add a tsp oil each and roast jeera, pepper,dhaniya, red chillies separately
Allow everything to cool down and grind
Grind red chilies first if possible
