Gangabayli Mango Dal

All You Need:
  • Toor Dal
  • Gangabayli leaf
  • Mango
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli Powder (karam)
  • Green Chillies
  • Menthi Powder (fenugreek seeds powder)
  • Mustard seeds
  • Hing
  • Water
The Recipe:
  • Boil Toor dal,Gangabayli leaf and mango separately and keep aside
  • In pan, heat a tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds,Menthi powder,hing and add the leaf and some water
  • After it cooks a little, add salt,karam and then mango slices,dal,greenchillies
  • Let it cook for a while and in the end add 1/2 tsp of sugar and cilantro(optional)
