All You Need:
- Toor Dal
- Gangabayli leaf
- Mango
- Salt
- Red Chilli Powder (karam)
- Green Chillies
- Menthi Powder (fenugreek seeds powder)
- Mustard seeds
- Hing
- Water
- Boil Toor dal,Gangabayli leaf and mango separately and keep aside
- In pan, heat a tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds,Menthi powder,hing and add the leaf and some water
- After it cooks a little, add salt,karam and then mango slices,dal,greenchillies
- Let it cook for a while and in the end add 1/2 tsp of sugar and cilantro(optional)
