All You Need:
- Finger Millet Flour / Ragi Flour : 1 cup
- Boiled Rice : 1 cup
- Water : 2 cups
- Salt to taste
The Recipe:
- Bring two cups of water to boil.
- Add the cooked rice, salt and ragi flour to it and mix very well.
- Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
- Wet your hands, take a small portion of ragi mixture and shape into a small round ball.
- Serve hot with vegetable stew and chopped onions.
