Ragi Sankati

All You Need:
  • Finger Millet Flour / Ragi Flour : 1 cup
  • Boiled Rice : 1 cup
  • Water : 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
The Recipe:
  • Bring two cups of water to boil.
  • Add the cooked rice, salt and ragi flour to it and mix very well.
  • Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Wet your hands, take a small portion of ragi mixture and shape into a small round ball.
  • Serve hot with vegetable stew and chopped onions.
