The Recipe:
- Blanch 3 big ripe tomatoes and grind them. Also grind one big onion. Keep the paste aside.
- Grind 2-3 Lavang+V. lil Dalchin+Dhaniya
- Make a paste from a fistful of cashews
- Cut a capsicum into small pieces and fry them for 3 mts in a tbsp of oil and keep aside.
- In the same pan, shallow fry paneer cubes and put them in water
- In a deep pan, heat some oil and add the following: Jeera, Lots of kasoori Methi , v.lil ginger-garlic paste ,haldi and then add the onion-tomato paste. Fry for 7-8 mts. The raw smell disappears.
- Now add Red chilli powder,Masala powder (step2), 1 cup curd, Cashew paste,elachi,Orange food color. In the end add capsicum and paneer pieces.
