Onion Chutney for Tiffins

Recipe1:
  •     Heat a tsp of oil and add urad dal,green chillies,red chillies,Dhaniya and jeera. Keep aside
  •     Deep fry onions and salt till the raw smell is gone
  •     Grind all the above with some tamarind pulp and little jaggery

Recipe2:
  •     Grind onions,little coconut,little jaggery,a pinch of tamarind,salt,2spoons dalia
  •     Roast the above mixture in a tbsp of oil
   
Recipe3:
  •  Fry medium sized onion,3 tomatoes+ garlic+cilantro along with seasoning ->Mustard seeds,jeera,chana dal,urad dal
  •  Blend everything with salt and tamarind water (partial blending)
