- Heat a tsp of oil and add urad dal,green chillies,red chillies,Dhaniya and jeera. Keep aside
- Deep fry onions and salt till the raw smell is gone
- Grind all the above with some tamarind pulp and little jaggery

- Grind onions,little coconut,little jaggery,a pinch of tamarind,salt,2spoons dalia
- Roast the above mixture in a tbsp of oil

- Fry medium sized onion,3 tomatoes+ garlic+cilantro along with seasoning ->Mustard seeds,jeera,chana dal,urad dal
- Blend everything with salt and tamarind water (partial blending)
