Chaamaku Pappu

The Recipe:
  • In a wide bowl, boil moong dal.
  • After the moong dal is 3/4th cooked, add the chamaku and green chillies.
  • After complete boiling, add tamarind juice and let cook for a while.
  • Then add tadka -> In a spoon of hot oil, add mustard seeds,methi powder,red chilies, hing.
