Chutney Podi

 All You Need

1 cup Chana dal

1 cup Urad dal

2 cups coconut powder 

1/2 cup Dhaniya

1/4 cup Jeera

2 handfuls red chillies

1 tsp oil

Handful tamarind

1 spoon sugar

Tadka - Curry leaves, hing

The Recipe

Dry roast Chana dal, urad dal and coconut powder separately.

Grind this first and keep aside

Fry the dhaniya, jeera together with 1 spoon of oil

In the end add red chillies

Then tamarind and sugar

Grind all ingredients together 

Add tadka in the end.
