All You Need:
The Recipe:
Yield: 5 rice cups of putnalu yields 40 medium size laddus
- 1 cup split roasted gram or putnalu
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup or 2 tbsp warm milk
- Cardamom
- Cashews
The Recipe:
- Heat a spoon of ghee and roast cashews
- Grind putnalu into a fine powder and set aside
- Grind Sugar and Cardamom into a fine powder using spice blender
- Add the powdered s
- Divide them into equal portions and shape them into round balls
