All You Need:
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. JellO Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 7 drops green food coloring (optional)
- Powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place all ingredients except powdered sugar in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer just to moisten. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Pour into greased and floured fluted tube or tube pan.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool on baking rack, then remove from pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
